Every batch of FAT Chips is cooked in small batches in 100% beef tallow, a traditional cooking fat that delivers a rich flavor and satisfying crunch that seed oils never could. Our ingredient list is honest and short: potatoes, beef tallow, and salt. That is it. No seed oils, no preservatives, no artificial flavors, and no industrial shortcuts.
